Clean and fantastic hotel with marvellous location with amazing views, just what I needed. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and accommodating whole time of my stay. Location: the venue was next to valley, which was being cleaned at the moment and the nine arches bridge. I came here for 1 night and had a special stay.

The room I stayed in at Hide Ella Hotel & Resort was absolutely stunning. The overall design was unique and memorable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of Ella Rock. The staff, especially Janath at reception, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They even went above and beyond to make my spouse's 40th birthday celebration special by preparing a lovely dessert platter for our room. The evening meal was delicious and the continental breakfast was filling. Despite a few minor hiccups like a non-functioning jacuzzi and a closed restaurant, the overall experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking and the design was modern and clean. the staff was really friendly and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The continental breakfast was delicious and filling, and we loved the monkey spotting that was guaranteed every morning!
